+ Where will my driver meet me at the airport?

Your driver will meet you at the arrival’s hall with a London Minicab Service name board at all UK airports.

You will receive exact instructions of the meeting point with a photo of both the meeting point and driver the day prior to your arrival. This can be requested earlier if you wish.

For International airports, your driver will always meet you at arrivals unless otherwise stated.

+ What happens if my plane is delayed?

We will adjust your requested meeting time according to the official arrival time on the day of your flight regardless of the length of delay. Any e-mails updates you can provide on the day if your flight is delayed is always appreciated

+ What should I do if my plane is cancelled?

We will assist you in arranging your driver according to your new date / time of arrival.

+ My flight is has arrived early will I have to wait for the driver?

No, We will adjust your requested meeting time according to the official arrival time on the day of your flight regardless of how early your flight has arrived.

+ I have arrived earlier than my requested meet & greet time, what should I do?

Should you wish to change your requested meeting time we will require a minimum of 2 hour’s notice prior to your actual landing time. This cannot be updated once you are in the immigration line. If you do arrive in the arrivals lounge earlier than the agreed meet and greet time please contact us and we will do our utmost to get the driver to you as soon as possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.

The meeting time is agreed prior to your arrival so that both parties have a mutual understanding of when the driver should be within the terminal and to avoid any confusion on the day.

+ I cannot find my driver at the designated meeting point?
