A big thank you to Anthony who was very reassuring for organizing our transfers (Gatwick–London Airport) especially as it was the first time for us in England and with a child. If necessary, he can put you in touch with a Francophone person and that is a plus. On site our driver Ali was great. Great kindness and he gave us plenty of good advice to enjoy our stay. Very spacious and comfortable vehicle. Honestly I recommend them with your eyes closed if you want to move with serenity. We are sure, we will contact them for our next stay. Thank you very much!

This company came from a recommendation that the owner of the company I work for was given. From the beginning interactions, I knew that this was going to be great. Anthony was so helpful in helping us figure out how to spend an extended layover with my inlaws. It was their first time in Europe and was thrilled with the services that Ali gave. It was like spending time with an old friend all day. He was very professional, knowledgable, and punctual. I would book with them again. In fact, I might do something smaller for the way back.

We were in Florence and were travelling to Heathrow and had booked a car to the hotel. Unfortunately British Airlines completely messed up our flight and the gate agents spent almost an hour on the phone trying to fix it. As a result we missed our flight and had to rebook a couple of hours later to London City. I called Anthony and explained our problem. He said we are pretty booked up but don’t worry I won’t leave you hanging and said he would call me back. Ten minutes later we were rebooked with a car waiting upon our arrival and a very comfortable ride to the hotel. Absolutely unbelievable!!!!

We used the London Minicab Service whilst on holiday in London for the third time! Their service is fantastic. They were punctual, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. They accommodate all your needs. They also provided us with a child seat! Our driver, Nestor was exceptional, helping with our luggage and very friendly.
